Join us for our Valentine’s-themed Pamper Day, where vendors have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a diverse audience in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Whether you offer beauty, wellness, self-care, handmade gifts, or other lifestyle products/services, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with potential customers.

Terms and Conditions for Vendors

Booking & Payment

• The vendor fee is £20, payable in full at the time of booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers.

Event Setup & Breakdown

• Vendors may arrive from 10:00 AM to set up and must be ready by 10:45 AM.
• Breakdown must be completed by 5:00 PM.
• Vendors must not pack up before 4:00 PM unless approved by the event organizers.

Tables & Chairs

• Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs.
• Vendors are responsible for decorating and setting up their space.

Product & Service Guidelines

• Vendors are not permitted to sell food or beverages at the event.
• All products and services must be legal, ethical, and align with the self-care/wellness theme of the event.
• Vendors must ensure their products/services comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Liability & Insurance

• Vendors are responsible for their own stock, equipment, and personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
• If required, vendors should have appropriate insurance covering their products and services.

Marketing & Promotion

• Vendors agree to promote their participation in the event via their social media and other platforms.
• The event organizers reserve the right to use photos/videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Conduct & Compliance

• Vendors must conduct themselves professionally at all times.
• Any vendor found to be in violation of these terms may be asked to leave without refund.
