Ever fancied brushing up those rollerskating skills? Now’s your chance!
From March 30 to April 10, RollaDome All Skate – a rollerskating charity aimed at getting young people involved in exercise and healthy activity – will be at Brentside, Ealing, for the first ever ‘EasterCamp’.
The 12 sessions, spread over four days, will take place at Brentside High School, in Greenford Avenue, and will teach the basics of skating and hockey. The training will offer skating for everyone, regardless of ability, for free.
Those at a more skilled level will be able to learn inline hockey and have intermediate or advanced coaching. So whatever stage you’re at, or if you just feel like having a day out with family or friends, rollerskating could be the Easter activity for you.
Anne-Marie Waugh, CEO of RollaDome All Skate, said: “Since 2009 we’ve been working to promote rollerskating with young people and communities in London.
“It helps us get more people active with an alternative sport, and great recreational pass time suitable for everyone.”
