At RollaDome, our team is the heart and soul of our small charity. We value the immense contributions of our volunteers, who play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and smooth operation of our clubs and classes.
We believe in providing opportunities for individuals of all ages to actively engage in our organization. That’s why we offer comprehensive training programs for our volunteers, equipping them with the necessary qualifications to work alongside us. These qualifications include the Covid Safe Sport certificate, safeguarding training, and NGB Sports Leaders/Coaches qualification. By investing in our volunteers’ development, we ensure a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
By joining our team, volunteers become integral members of our mission, actively contributing to the positive impact we make in our community. We appreciate their dedication and commitment, and together, we strive to create a nurturing environment for individuals to thrive.
