At RollaDome, our team is the heart and soul of our small charity. We value the immense contributions of our volunteers, who play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and smooth operation of our clubs and classes.

We believe in providing opportunities for individuals of all ages to actively engage in our organization. That’s why we offer comprehensive training programs for our volunteers, equipping them with the necessary qualifications to work alongside us. These qualifications include the Covid Safe Sport certificate, safeguarding training, and NGB Sports Leaders/Coaches qualification. By investing in our volunteers’ development, we ensure a safe and enriching experience for all participants.

What are we looking for?

Ability to understand how individuals are motivated and be able to vary your approach to develop the participant whilst drawing out any existing talent.

A proven track record in a roller sports environment, acknowledged by players and coaches as having expert knowledge and credibility in developing participants and positively impacting them.

Skill in fostering productive relationships within a performance environment, including those with participants, staff and management.

An appreciation for and a commitment to effective teamwork. Committed to continuous personal and organisational improvement.

Conveys an image that is consistent with RollaDome values; demonstrating qualities, traits and a demeanour that commands leadership respect.

Exhibits integrity and demonstrates a fair, equitable and ethical approach. Protects confidential information, adheres to policies and demonstrates loyalty to roller-sports and RollaDome’s high level performance.

Knowledgeable and proficient in both computer and multimedia technology, in order to edit and compile reports and necessary paperwork.

Ability to work well within a management team committed to excellence.

Other possible requirements

A DBS check undertaken within the last year.

Willing and able to perform a variety of tasks (not limited to coaching); including admin work, promotions, social media, risk assessments
Promoting the clubs and working towards filing all session by being an ambassador RollaDome All Skate
