At RollaDome, we’ve seen firsthand how creativity and movement can bring people together, and our Rolla Rhythms programme did just that. Supported by Make Moves, Spotify, and Nike, this initiative combined the thrill of roller skating with the art of DJing, creating an energetic and uplifting space for people of all ages to connect, learn, and thrive.
More Than Just Technical Skills
Throughout four exciting sessions, participants learned the fundamentals of DJing—mixing tracks, matching beats, and creating their own unique sound. But Rolla Rhythms was more than just technical skills; it also fostered confidence and provided a platform for self-expression.
Adding Energy with Skating
The roller-skating aspect brought even more energy and excitement to the programme. Gliding across the rink while bonding over shared interests created an incredible sense of community. Each session left participants feeling more confident, more connected, and full of positivity.
