FAQs
Q. Is there an age limit?
Our sessions are typically suitable for children aged 4 to 17, though age ranges can vary by location and programme. Please check the specific session information when booking.
Q. Is all equipment provided?
Yes. We provide skates, safety pads, and helmets for all participants. You are welcome to bring your own, but equipment must meet our safety standards.
Q. Can I bring my own skates?
Absolutely. Participants may use their own skates if they are in safe, working condition. All personal equipment must be approved by our coaching team before use in sessions.
Q. What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and long socks. No jeans or restrictive clothing. Bring a bottle of water and tie long hair back.
Q. How do you keep the students safe?
All our coaches and volunteers are DBS-checked and trained in first aid, safeguarding, and risk management. Safety gear is mandatory, and we maintain a high coach-to-skater ratio.
Q. Do students wear masks?
Masks are not currently required, but we support families who wish their children to wear them. We follow public health guidance and review our policies regularly.
Q. How are we unique?
RollaDome All Skate is a charity that reinvests all income into delivering inclusive, accessible, and community-focused roller sports. We prioritise education, engagement, and fun over competition.
Q. Are we insured
Yes. We hold comprehensive public liability, employer’s liability, and sports activity insurance to ensure the safety and protection of all participants and staff.
Q. HOW DOES THE SIBLING DISCOUNT WORK?
We offer one sibling discount per full-price booking. The first child is charged at full price, and the second receives a 50% discount. Any additional children are charged at full price unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.
Q. WHAT IF I BOOK INCORRECTLY?
Incorrect bookings, including multiple sibling discounts without a full-price booking, may be cancelled or adjusted. Please read the instructions carefully or contact us before booking. Visit our Refund & Credit Policy for full details..
Q. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
As a charity, we operate on a cost-only basis. We offer credit notes in most cases instead of refunds, to ensure sustainability. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances. Visit our Refund & Credit Policy to learn more.
